The Lower Silesian Development Fund is a specialized regional financial institution whose aim is to establish a sustainable, long-term financing system for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises in Lower Silesia. In practice, the company is tasked with organizing support programs for Lower Silesian companies based on repayable financial instruments, such as loans, guarantees, sureties, quasi-equity and equity instruments, as well as guarantees for credits, leases, factoring transactions, and bid bonds. The funds provided to entrepreneurs return to the fund and are reinvested in the development of the Lower Silesian economy.
